Refund & Returns Policy

At Disposal House Ujjain, we strive to provide high-quality disposable products such as cups, plates, forks, and decorative items. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and this policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof such as images or videos.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or requested due to a change of mind. Minor variations in color, size, or design that do not affect functionality are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and proof of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product, if required. The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. In cases where this is not possible, an alternative refund method may be arranged. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

6. Return Shipping

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs. For other cases (if applicable), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping fees paid at the time of order are generally non-refundable.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy conditions. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within the standard refund timeline.
