Cancellation Policy

At Disposal House Ujjain, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions under which cancellations are accepted.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the cancellation request is received and confirmed, a full refund will be initiated.

To ensure successful cancellation, customers are advised to submit their request as early as possible after placing the order, as orders are processed quickly and may be dispatched within a short time frame.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for further assistance.

Once the order is handed over to the delivery partner, we are unable to stop the shipment, and the cancellation request will no longer be applicable under any circumstances.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Cancellation requests are processed only after verification.

Order ID
Name used while placing the order
Reason for cancellation

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Failed or Duplicate Orders

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, or if you place a duplicate order by mistake, please contact us immediately. Any valid duplicate or failed transactions will be reviewed and refunded accordingly.
